Inside Mount (Clean, Built-in Look)

An inside mount option offers a clean, built-in look. This installation method requires a minimum depth of 3 inches and a 1/4 inch deduction from the headrail. To ensure the fabric does not touch the edges, your ordered width should be the window casing width minus 1/4 inch. Note that slight gaps may appear on the sides due to fabric deductions. For more efficient light blockage, consider the outside mount option.

Outside Mount (Taller Appearance)

An outside mount provides a taller appearance and fits snugly around the outside window frame without any minimum depth requirement. We recommend ordering an additional width of 2-6 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window. This option offers enhanced privacy and a more sophisticated look.
